We need more Small Groups and more Small Group Leaders. This TURBO Training is designed to help those who have fears and apprehensions about leading a Small Group gain the tools and confidence needed to take that "next step" in ministry.

The class meets for 1 hour each week and will give those who attend, not only practical experience in leading, but also the platform to ask lots of questions about what a leader does, how a leader leads, and why the Small Groups meet.
