Small Group Child Care
Families are important at Brazos Pointe Fellowship!
It's equally important to us that families with small children are actively involved in our Small Group Ministry. We believe that it is the responsibility of the parents to best take care of their childcare needs. Below, we have listed some of our recommendations for handing Small Group Childcare.
Reimbursement
Reimbursement is made to the parents upon request, not the workers, at a rate of $10/child for ages 4 and under and $5/child for ages 5-12 per small group meeting. Click on the link at the top of the page to fill out and submit your reimbursement request.
It is the Parents/Small Group’s responsibility to pay the workers. The subsidy is NOT intended to cover the entire cost. It is the Parent/Small Group’s responsibility to supplement if needed. We highly recommend that the group be conscientious about the amount paid to the workers and that the workers be paid fairly.
Reimbursement forms should be submitted by Thursdays at 12:00 PM if you need to pick them up the following Sunday. Reimbursements are available for pick up at the Next Step Center Sunday mornings. Reimbursement forms submitted for meetings, which are over 30 days old, will not be paid.
